For over 25 years, Smith Arnold Partners has been providing full-service technical, professional and executive recruitment searches for large, medium and small companies throughout the United States.

 

We are a highly specialized recruitment firm with multiple specialty areas headed by experienced and knowledgeable practice leaders. Our practice leaders are the trusted advisors to some of the most highly regarded and well-known companies in the world. Each practice leader has a minimum of ten years experience within the recruiting industry in addition to experience within the industry in which they serve.

 

While we do work a national market place, our strengths are within the Tri State and New England regions of the United States.

 

Our History

 

Smith Arnold Partners was established after the retirement of Richard J. Stewart, owner of RJS Associates, and the eventual purchase by Paul Smith and Matt Arnold.
 
Our leadership has a long history dating back to 1983 as RJS Associates, Inc., and again as RJS Associates of Stamford, LLC in 2000. We have been successfully placing technical professionals and executives throughout our entire history.
 
As a highly specialized technical professional and executive search firm, Smith Arnold Partners has helped thousands of people and companies make a professional connection. We work in many different specialty areas and are led by experienced and professional practice leaders.
 
We have successfully completed searches on behalf of public, private, government and not for profit organizations throughout the United States.
